The Feather is the original entry in MYERS’ Feather Series, built around one idea: full-bodied acoustic tone shouldn’t require drilling, routing, or any permanent changes to your instrument. The gooseneck mount and swappable clip options let it attach to nearly any acoustic guitar, mandolin, banjo, or similar instrument, so you can move it between instruments as needed.
At the heart of the system is an internally powered, active preamp housed in a compact enclosure (1.97″ x 1.38″ x .79″). It runs on a pre-installed lithium battery (included), and every unit is individually tested before it ships, so what lands on your doorbell has already proven it works. Because the preamp does real signal shaping before the signal leaves the instrument, output stays strong and clean heading into your wireless rig or pedalboard – the Feather plays well with most wireless systems and effects.
