TV Jones built this one for players who love the twangy, articulate character of a late-’50s Filter’Tron but keep wishing it had a bit more shove behind it — think golden-era PAF fullness layered onto that familiar rockabilly snap.

Tonally, it’s dynamic rather than one-note hot: strum lightly and you get a clear, ringing top end with real body underneath, but dig in with your pick and the low end breaks up into a chunky, satisfying growl while the highs turn barky and aggressive. That responsiveness makes it a natural match for a tube amp pushed into its sweet spot, where the pickup’s extra guts really come through.
If you’re already sold on the Filter’Tron sound — that chime, that twang — but find typical Filter’Tron output a little too polite for how hard you play, the Super’Tron Bridge is built to close that gap without losing the vintage voice that made you want a Filter’Tron in the first place.
