Bartolini’s HR-2.4AP/918 harness sidesteps all of that by arriving fully assembled with their respected preamp electronics and audio-grade potentiometers already wired to spec, so all you’re doing is dropping it in.
This particular configuration runs a 3-band EQ built around a single volume hole and two tone holes:
- Volume pot with an Active/Passive push-pull switch, so you can bypass the preamp entirely when you want your bass raw and unfiltered
- Stacked Treble/Bass control paired with a Mid pot that includes a 2-frequency push-pull switch, giving you a choice of midrange sweep points rather than being locked to one
