At the heart of this harness is Bartolini’s 2-band HR-3.2 preamp, paired with two separate volume controls and a stacked Treble/Bass tone pot doing double duty in a single hole. That layout keeps your control cavity clean while still giving you independent pickup blending and shaping without hunting through a bunch of knobs to find the sound you want.
Because it’s switchable between 9V and 18V operation, you get real flexibility on headroom: run it on a single 9V battery for standard output, or add the second battery clip for 18V and unlock noticeably more clarity, dynamic range, and low-end punch before anything starts to compress or get muddy.
