Decades later, that partnership produced the Injector™ series — single-coil-sized pickups voiced around Paul’s love of the Area™ line and the instrumental firepower he unleashes on tracks like those from “Fuzz Universe.”
The Injector™ Neck Model is built to sit in the neck slot and deliver a smooth, vocal-like tone with enough clarity to keep fast legato runs and pick-driven lines from turning to mush. An Alnico 2 magnet gives it a rounder, slightly compressed attack that suits sustained leads and expressive bends, while the 4-conductor wiring opens the door to coil-splitting and series/parallel wiring schemes if your setup allows it.
