If you’ve ever stared at a stock 5-way blade switch and wished it did more, this is the fix. Fender’s Super Switch keeps the familiar 5-position feel Strat and Tele players know, but underneath it’s built with extra switching stages — the kind of hardware that makes series/parallel wiring, coil-splitting, and other custom pickup combos possible when you’re running four-conductor pickups.
It ships exactly as Fender installs it on their own instruments: the same switch found in U.S.-made Fat Strat and Double Fat Strat models, as well as Nashville Telecasters, so drop-in fit on comparable builds is a given. You get both tip styles in the box — a white blade tip for Stratocaster-style control plates and a black barrel tip for Telecaster control plates — plus the mounting hardware needed to get it seated and wired without a trip to the parts bin.
