Description
The X45CBJS-B1 is the bridge-position pickup from Bartolini’s X4 soapbar set, sized to drop into standard X4 routs at 4.14″ / 105.16mm long by 0.87″ / 21.97mm wide. It’s built around a single-coil design tuned for deep, focused tone with strong lows and low-mids, while keeping noise to a minimum.
As part of Bartolini’s “Classic Bass” (CB) series, this pickup is voiced with an extended, more resonant frequency range than older-school single coils. Expect more air and top-end definition without thinning out the low end you rely on for groove and grind. Each unit is epoxy-potted to lock out microphonics and unwanted feedback, so you get clean output even when you dig in hard.
