Stock Telecaster electronics get the job done, but they’re rarely the reason your Tele sings. This 3-Way prewired kit from Emerson Custom is built to fix that — every part hand-selected, hand-metered, and soldered one at a time in Bixby, Oklahoma.

- Emerson PRO CTS potentiometers, 250K Ohm, hand-matched for consistent, even taper — roll off your volume knob without the tone turning to mud
- Emerson 0.047uf Paper in Oil capacitor, the same type prized in vintage Fender and Gibson wiring for its rich, musical rolloff
- 22 AWG vintage push-back wire for period-correct look and feel
- Heat-shrink insulated jack connections for long-term reliability
This harness is built for standard 2-pickup Telecaster wiring and drops into most American Fender Teles with no modification needed. Pot spacing is set to the USA-spec 2.50″ center-to-center standard, so if your guitar has metric import pots, you may need to ream the control plate holes and grab US-spec knobs.

Ordering the Reverse Control Plate configuration? Volume sits parallel to the bridge pickup for easier swells, but you may need to lengthen your control cavity route to fit the flipped layout. Control plate, switch tip, and knobs are not included.
