This set pairs the DP260BC neck pickup with the F-spaced DP261FBC bridge model, giving you a complete two-pickup solution voiced to work together rather than just sound good in isolation.
The DP260BC neck pickup uses an Alnico 5 magnet and 4-conductor wiring, wound to strike a balance between richness and clarity. It’s got a throaty warmth without turning muddy, and the highs stay smooth and creamy rather than brittle. Output sits at 193mV with 7.37 Kohm DC resistance — enough winding to let notes bloom and sustain without sacrificing definition.
On the bridge side, the DP261FBC brings Alnico 4 magnets and that classic rock-and-roll snarl PAF fans chase. It’s F-spaced to keep the pole pieces aligned under all six strings on modern spacing, and it responds well to chords as much as single notes — dig in and you’ll get a thick, snarly bite. Wiring is 4-conductor with a 1-conductor option, output rated at 278mV, DC resistance 7.69 Kohm.
