Give your Telecaster project a proper foundation. This genuine Fender Deluxe Series body is built at Fender’s Ensenada, Mexico facility from alder, a wood players favor for its balanced midrange and lively response that lets pickups do the talking.
It’s pre-routed for an SSH layout, so you’ve got the flexibility to run single-coils in the neck and middle positions alongside a humbucker at the bridge for extra punch and output when you need it. The bridge cavity is pre-drilled to modern 2.22″ wide string spacing, matching current hardtail and standard Tele bridge plates without any guesswork or reaming.
Fender also carved a contoured neck heel into the design, trimming away material where the neck meets the body so your hand glides up into the dusty end of the fretboard instead of fighting a blocky heel joint. Whether you’re chasing legato runs or just want easier access for bends up high, it makes a real difference.
Finished in a glossy Candy Apple Red polyester coat, the body brings both eye-catching depth of color and the kind of toughness that shrugs off sweat, spilled drinks, and rough load-outs night after night.
