Description
If you’ve ever fought a double locking tremolo trying to nudge a saddle a hair’s width without losing your fine-tuning range, the Hollow Point set exists to end that battle. Machined from solid brass in the USA and finished in gold, these six inserts drop into your Floyd Rose or Ibanez Edge-style bridge and let you dial in intonation directly, in real time, instead of the usual cycle of loosen-adjust-retune-repeat.
They’re built specifically around the BLITZ Method of intonation setup, giving techs and DIY players a repeatable, systematic way to get accurate saddle positioning fast. That means less time hunched over the bridge with a screwdriver and tuner, and more time actually playing. Hollow Points work across most Floyd Rose variants and licensed units, and they’re especially effective on recessed or low-profile trems where preserving fine-tuner range matters most.
Beyond speeding up setup, the added brass mass at the saddle contributes to increased sustain and a slightly firmer tonal character, while the machined look gives the bridge a beefier, more aggressive stance. This isn’t just a cosmetic swap — it’s a functional upgrade for anyone who intonates their own guitars regularly.
Each set of 6 includes:
- 6 Hollow Point Intonation Inserts
- 6 Threaded Set Screws
- 1-3mm Hex Wrench
- 1-2.5mm Hex Wrench
- 1-2mm Hex Wrench
