Description

The Antiquity II Twang bridge pickup traces back to a real request: Seymour Duncan kept pestering Bill Carson at Fender for an all-maple slab board neck Tele, back when rosewood boards were the only option coming off the line. This pickup is Duncan’s reissue of the set he wound for that very guitar, one of Carson’s all-time favorites. Duncan preserved the vintage voice and worn aesthetic exactly as they were, then wax potted the coil so it stays quiet under high-gain amps and pedal boards instead of squealing out on you.

Expect the classic Tele bridge snap and bite, just softened around the edges with the kind of aged character that only comes from decades of stage and studio use, minus the actual decades of wear on your gear.
