The Black Winter ships in standard 6-string sizing, plus 7 and 8-string versions in passive mount with naked coils, or Active Soapbar mount with exposed pole pieces for players running an active preamp. Every pickup comes with 4-conductor lead wire, giving you the flexibility to wire coil splits, series/parallel switching, or straightforward humbucker operation. Vacuum wax potting locks the windings down tight, so you get squeal-free performance even at brutal gain levels.
