Description
Three pickups worth of tone packed into one matched set. Seymour Duncan’s P-Rails are full-size humbuckers built with a mis-matched coil design that lets each one split down to a genuinely fat P-90 voice or a special Alnico 5-powered single-coil Rail. Run both Rail coils together across neck and bridge and you land somewhere in the neighborhood of a great Strat’s “2” and “4” positions — glassy, spanky, nothing like a humbucker pretending to be single-coil.
This set arrives pre-wired to Triple Shot mounting rings, so instead of wiring switches into your control cavity, you flip small toggles built right into the rings. That gets you series, parallel, and split options on the fly — 24 distinct tonal combinations between the neck and bridge units, from full humbucker punch to lean single-coil sparkle and every P-90-flavored stop in between.
These particular rings are the arched-LP profile, contoured specifically for arched-top guitars rather than flat-top LP-style bodies, so double-check your guitar’s carve before ordering. Finish is black, and the set covers both bridge and neck positions.
